The rooms were spacious, but the dining service was really lacking.

We had a really great experience in this great hotel. Bed was good and the room was well-equipped and new-fashioned.

The room was beautifully appointed and clean, with a big television and a well-stocked refrigerator. The friendly and accommodating staff also made an effort to ensure my needs were met, which I appreciated.

Loved the super comfy beds and efficient staff! Clean and equipped room with a big TV and cool bar downstairs. But had a bummer with dining service—got ignored at the bar. 😅

The Superior King Room featured a clean, smart design. Enjoyed the large television and the convenience of a refrigerator stocked with drinks. The bathroom was modern, but I could have used some handrails for safety. Located conveniently near Gent and Lille, perfect for cycling adventures. I experienced issues during breakfast. The dining area felt cluttered, with long wait times, and I was disappointed by the lack of staffing during peak hours. The restaurant downstairs had potential, but I felt ignored at the bar while trying to order food. Despite these hiccups, the room quality and location were great.

The shower amenities in the room were excellent and definitely. The proximity to downtown and highway access made it easy to get around. There's free public parking nearby which was a nice touch.

Ended up waiting too long for dinner at the restaurant. I heard some folks even waited two hours for their main course. Breakfast service was a bit of a mess, cluttered with too many tables and not enough staff to address the rush, leaving us ignored at times. The cancellation process was a frustrating way to kick off a stay, with reports of rooms being canceled without notice.
